Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged during transit
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect quantity supplied
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Live plants
• Seeds after package opening
• Organic fertilizers after opening
• Perishable goods
• Customized products
• Products damaged due to improper use or storage
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact customer support.
2. Provide:
o Order Number
o Product photographs
o Invoice
o Description of the issue
3. Wait for return approval before shipping the product.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
Refunds
After inspection and approval:
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Replacement
Where applicable, replacement products may be sent instead of issuing a refund.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error is caused by Vithai Group of Industries.
