Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately with your:
• Order Number
• Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Reason for Cancellation
If your order has not yet been dispatched, it will be cancelled and the applicable refund will be processed.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
Additionally, the following items are generally non-cancellable:
• Live plants
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Perishable products
• Opened seed packets
• Opened fertilizers or soil conditioners
• Products purchased during special
promotional campaigns or clearance sales (unless received damaged or incorrect)
Cancellation by Vithai Group of Industries
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
• Product is out of stock or unavailable.
• Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical or human error.
• Payment could not be successfully verified.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
• Delivery is not possible due to service restrictions or incorrect shipping information.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
If we cancel your order after payment has been received, the full amount paid for the cancelled items will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Typical refund processing times are:
• UPI: 2–5 business days
• Debit/Credit Cards: 5–7 business days
• Net Banking: 5–7 business days
• Wallets: 2–5 business days
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Modifications
If you wish to change your shipping address, contact details, quantity, or other order information, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Requests for modifications can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
